I'm listing my own personal 2002 Maserati Spyder GT (in Nero Carbonio Metallic) with about 35,000 miles!! This is an Accident-Free with (17) service records Spyder. Vehicle History report is included with this listing. Dealer Fees Apply!
This is a MARVELOUS Spyder GT and it comes with the VERY desirable 6 Speed. I can't express enough how much fun this Roadster is to drive, very addictive! Imagine, a V8 with standard transmission! This car was serviced by my European mechanics so it's good to go as it stands. Changed valve cover gaskets, , serpentine belt, A/C refrigerant recharged, Clutch master cylinder replaced, Clutch checked, Oil and filter changed, and Outside air temperature sensor replaced. Clutch has about 60% left. Tires are in above average condition also. Comes with (1) key.
Cosmetically this Maserati is also in good condition. Interior showing minor wear and tear. Exterior paint shines like new too. Vehicle has some minor scuffs and blemishes here and there, some on both front fenders near the turning side clear light. Also, the front windshield is cracked. Is not noticeable but I will leave it up to the new owner to address the issue if desired, (please take the time to look over our HD photos as these are part of our description).
In conclusion, the feeling and enjoyment that driving a Maserati produces is unparalleled and should not be missed in one’s lifetime! A little history: Ferrari exclusively re-designed these Maserati’s as an reintroduction to the US auto market and are credited for their current success. Unlike some of today's Maserati, the Coupe and the Spyder models have 100% Ferrari engines (F136 R V8; it displaces 4244 cc engine and develops 390 PS at 7000 rpm) and drive line. In other words, this is like driving a Ferrari for much less! I have sold over 20 of these by now, so we have come to know and appreciate them quite well. Performance and enjoyment is off the charts! Reliability is also one of its great points partly due to the fact that the engine is not complicated - no turbos, supercharges, nor timing belt! Just normal aspirated horsepower! As expressed, we have come to know these cars very well and find that these Maserati’s are very dependable and GREAT value!
